    Steps to make 芝士蛋糕

    • 1.准备原料。
    • 2.奶油奶酪隔水溶化,打至顺滑。
    • 3.分次加入蛋黄液。
    • 4.分次加入糖20克。
    • 5.加入牛奶。
    • 6.筛入粉类。
    • 7.加柠檬汁(桔子汁)。要求每个步骤都要搅拌均匀。
    • 8.8—10:蛋白加入剩余糖,打至湿性(提起打蛋器,蛋白呈弯钩状即可)。
    • 9.把7和8混合切拌成蛋糕糊。方法:先把1/3蛋白加入蛋黄糊中切匀,再全部倒入蛋白中切拌均匀)。
    • 10.倒入模具中,烤盘中放1/3水。
    • 11.165度45分钟,自由没写放在哪层,我习惯性的放在了中层,可十几分钟表面就裂口了,我再一查别的方子,有放下层的,有放到数第二层的。
    • 12.赶快补救,移到了到数第二层,可裂口已经无法补救,而且愈演愈烈,不过飘出的芝士香味还是很馋人的。
    • 13.出炉啦...。
    • 14.两大勺果酱兑少许热水调匀,涂抹在蛋糕表面。
