  • 1.藕去皮洗净。
  • 2.切厚片焯水1分钟。
  • 3.捞入清水中。
  • 4.老豆腐切厚片。
  • 5.放炒锅中煎至两面金黄。
  • 6.捞出沥干油份。
  • 7.泡发好的海带卷成卷,用线绳系牢。
  • 8.桂皮、八角、干红辣椒、姜片、卤水汁。
  • 9.锅中放少许胡椒粉烧热,放入调料炒香。
  • 10.加入适量开水、适量老抽。
  • 11.半瓶卤水。
  • 12.放入全部食材,加入盐和鸡精。
  • 13.小火焖煮30分钟。
  • 14.浸泡2小时以上。
  • 15.捞出沥干汤汁。
  • 16.改刀装盘。成品。
