面包做的不少,但自己吃的不多,都送朋友了,都说自己做的面包特别好吃,有点过去老面包的味道,回味无穷,所以闲着没事的时候就做几个,亲戚朋友谁来谁带走。
今天做个葡萄干土司。

  • 高粉550克
  • 食用油60克
  • 白糖90克
  • 酵母7克
  • 牛奶250克
  • 小许

Steps to make 葡萄干土司

  • 1.所有主料按鸡蛋、牛奶、白糖、高粉、盐、食用油、酵母的顺序倒入面包桶。
  • 2.面包机设置快速揉面,开始工作。
  • 3.揉面40分钟,拉出强力薄膜,揉面结束。
  • 4.天热不用面包机发面,常温发酵母。
  • 5.发酵母时要盖保鲜膜防干,面发至二倍半大即可。
  • 6.葡萄干洗干净,沥干水份备用。
  • 7.发好的面放案上排气后分成两块揉圆松松弛10分钟。
  • 8.拿一块擀成长饼。
  • 9.摊上葡萄干。
  • 10.从一头卷起来。
  • 11.放入土司盒里。
  • 12.两个都做好后于温暖处发酵至七、八分满。刷上蛋液。
  • 13.于烤箱倒二层,设置温度180度。
  • 14.40分钟后出炉。
