玉米面芝麻饼干
烘焙类食品中饼干的制作我认为是最简单的了。它不像制作面包那样还要经过一次、两次发酵,也不像蛋糕那样还要打发鸡蛋,盆盆罐罐几乎摆满整个操作台。从准备到制作成生胚只需20分钟左右的时间就能完成,真的是省时省事,所以隔三差五就会做来吃吃,既解馋又充饥。

  • 60g
  • 玉米油80g
  • 泡打粉3g
  • 小苏打1g
  • 黑芝麻少许
  • 白芝麻少许

Steps to make 玉米面芝麻饼干

  • 1.面粉、玉米面、淀粉分别称量好,然后再称上泡打粉和小苏打
  • 2.混合均匀备用
  • 3.鸡蛋打在干净的盆里加糖、玉米油搅拌均匀
  • 4.然后加入黑、白芝麻
  • 5.将粉类筛入其中
  • 6.拌匀和成面团
  • 7.团成大小适中的小圆球然后按扁摆在烤盘上
  • 8.提前预热烤箱中层200度烤25分钟就OK了
