Steps to make 荠菜豆皮卷

  • 1.将荠菜洗净,留出一株,其余切小段,不用切太碎。
  • 2.将豆皮和留出的一株荠菜放入沸水中焯熟。
  • 3.大蒜剥皮切碎。
  • 4.热锅冷油,放入大蒜爆香。
  • 5.下入荠菜炒至断生,放入盐和麻油,炒匀即可出锅。
  • 6.用豆皮将荠菜包裹卷成卷。
  • 7.用烫熟的荠菜捆在豆皮卷外面固定即可。
