Steps to make 荷塘小炒

  • 1.将材料先准备好
  • 2.炒锅烧热水,依次将所有原料焯水。顺序为莲藕,荷兰豆、木耳、马蹄、胡萝卜。焯水时间马蹄胡萝卜10秒、荷兰豆、木耳20秒,莲藕40秒。
  • 3.炒锅刷净烧热,倒入火麻油,待油温至七成热时,放入蒜片爆香,放入除胡萝卜马蹄外的所有原料,烹少许料酒,迅速翻炒两分钟;
  • 4.此时再加入胡萝卜马蹄片,继续翻炒几下,下盐、鸡粉,翻炒几下。水淀粉勾芡,出锅。这道颜色亮丽即营养又减肥的“荷塘小炒”就可以上桌喽。
