我喜欢吃火锅~~但平时总忙碌,三餐都尽量追求简单~~~
像什么家常小炒之类的快手菜~~就成了我和钟先生的追求~~自然吃火锅也成了奢望~~~
但是~~朋友聚会,公司聚餐等,还是有机会吃到火锅的~~
不过~~怎么比得了自制火锅的健康美味呢~~~
其实,自制火锅也非常简单~~~准备一包麻辣调料,再准备些自己喜欢的食材就可以啦~~
这道【柠檬香辣鸡火锅】就是用道味源麻辣鱼调料做的,麻辣鲜香,非常开胃,而且非常健康营养~~
假期,同家人,同朋友在家里放心大胆地涮火锅吧~~

Details of ingredients

  • 1/2只
  • 麻辣鱼调料1包
  • 干茶树菇30g
  • 冬瓜50g
  • 杏鲍菇1个
  • 干腐竹30g
  • 火锅丸子400g
  • 植物油1大勺
  • 老姜1块
  • 大蒜6瓣
  • 小葱3颗
  • 大葱1颗
  • 青柠檬2个
  • 料酒1小勺
  • 郫县豆瓣酱1大勺
  • 干辣椒6个
  • 花椒20粒
  • 生抽2小勺
  • 香醋1小勺
  • 蚝油3小勺
  • 藤椒油1小勺
  • 油泼辣子2小勺
  • 小米辣4个

Steps to make 【四川】柠檬香辣鸡火锅

  • 1.备好食材:鸡肉斩块洗净,再备好麻辣鱼调料;
  • 2.茶树菇泡发洗净;青柠檬切片;再备好姜片、葱段、蒜瓣、干辣椒段、花椒、葱花;
  • 3.锅里加入清水,姜片,适量料酒,放入鸡肉焯水;
  • 4.焯水后的鸡肉洗净,沥干水分备用;
  • 5.准备烫火锅的其他食材:冬瓜去皮去瓤,洗净切片;杏鲍菇洗净切片;腐竹泡发后,挤干水分;火锅丸子备好;用适量生抽、香醋、蚝油、藤椒油、油泼辣子、姜末、蒜末、葱末、小米辣混合,做为火锅蘸料;
  • 6.炒锅烧热,倒入适量植物油再次烧热后,放入郫县豆瓣酱炒香;
  • 7.放入鸡肉翻炒至变色;
  • 8.放入姜片、葱段、蒜瓣、干辣椒段、花椒继续翻炒,再倒入适量清水;
  • 9.放入麻辣鱼调料;
  • 10.放入柠檬片,烧开;
  • 11.放入茶树菇等想吃,或者不容易烫熟的食材略煮;
  • 12.将火锅汤汁同食材一起,倒入电火锅中;上桌,边吃边烫咯。
