山寨版荔枝肉
荔枝肉,是福州传统名菜,起自清初,已有二三百年历史,因色、形、味皆似荔枝而得名。

    Steps to make 山寨版荔枝肉

    • 1.猪肉末搓成丸子,裹上淀粉。
    • 2.锅里热油。
    • 3.搓好的丸子下锅炸。
    • 4.炸至金黄色,再复炸一遍。
    • 5.捞出来控油。
    • 6.番茄酱,白醋,白糖,白开水调成汁。
    • 7.锅里剩的油,到出去,留一点,正好还有淀粉渣,就不用勾芡了。
    • 8.把调好的汁倒进去,烧开。
    • 9.黄瓜,青椒倒下去断生。
    • 10.炒至断生。不然会有青椒的味道。
    • 11.把炸好的丸子下到汁里。
    • 12.丸子沾满汁,就可以出锅了。
