  • 豆腐皮1块
  • 红萝卜丝40克
  • 青瓜丝40克
  • 大葱40克(切丝)
  • 瘦肉200克
  • 料酒1勺
  • 淀粉1勺
  • 酱油1勺
  • 东北大酱1勺
  • 大蒜4个

Steps to make 花样京酱肉丝

  • 1.所需材料。(萝卜忘记放入一起拍照了,见谅)
  • 2.将瘦肉洗净切丝,加入一勺料酒和一勺淀粉拌匀腌着备用。
  • 3.将萝卜、青瓜、大葱洗净切成丝。(我是每样取40克)
  • 4.豆皮分成两半,用凉开水过一下,取一半豆皮摊开,放入3样切好的配料。
  • 5.从一端卷紧包住成柱行,再用刀斜切成段。
  • 6.摆入盘里。(接下来制作肉丝)
  • 7.上锅入适量油加热爆香大蒜。
  • 8.加入肉丝爆炒至半熟时,加入一勺大酱拌炒开。
  • 9.接着加入一勺酱油拌炒至肉熟透关火。
  • 10.将炒好的肉丝盛入豆皮卷的中间完成。
  • 11.成品。放入一颗香菜叶作点缀。
  • 12.小提示:各种时蔬份量随意,豆皮我买了两张觉得多,只用一块,如果人多的话。必须要两张豆皮。豆皮买回来后,最好用开水过洗一下比较放心食用。
