     其实,做爆米花一点都不难,只需备齐三种材料,就可做出香甜的爆米花了,自己在家里做安全又卫生,还有必要花钱买外面那些添加了N种添加剂又死贵的爆米花吗?

    Steps to make 自制爆米花,吃得安全吃得香

    • 1.所需材料:自爆玉米、黄油、白砂糖
    • 2.平底锅加热,下黄油
    • 3.黄油溶化后,下自爆玉米粒,拿起锅柄摇晃,让每一颗玉米都沾上黄油
    • 4.盖好盖子,调成小火
    • 5.期间不时把锅拿起离火位约5公分,摇晃几下,当然,这是个力气活,要是手臂不够气力的也可以不摇的。约莫过了两三分钟,玉米开始爆了
    • 6.噼里啪啦,不停地爆
    • 7.锅里的响声终于停了,熄火,揭盖,乘热把白砂糖倒进去,翻拌匀,如果家中有糖粉,效果更好,因为糖粉的熔点比白砂糖低,可以更均匀地裹在爆米花上。
