  • 1.准备好食材,南瓜选老南瓜,十分的甜哦。
  • 2.南瓜切片,薄一点会更容易熟透。
  • 3.放入daogrs蒸烤箱的中层,选择纯蒸功能,蒸的时间为15分钟即可,daogrs蒸烤箱的玻璃门密封性极好,开箱门的时候要注意蒸汽哦~
  • 4.蒸好的南瓜用料理机搅打细腻,不需要加水哦
  • 5.加入适量的糯米粉和玉米淀粉,因为各家南瓜的吸水性不同,糯米粉的量不定,揉到不黏手即可。
  • 6.面团稍微硬一些会更好塑形。
  • 7.将面团分成9份,蔓越莓馅揉成9份大约15克一份。
  • 8.取一个面团,按扁。
  • 9.放入蔓越莓馅。
  • 10.收口包紧。
  • 11.全部包好后放在油纸上。
  • 12.用牙签压出南瓜的边边。
  • 13.全部压好后放在食物盘上,daogrs蒸烤箱的食物盘带有孔洞,蒸的时候不会积水,食物能保持温润不过湿。
  • 14.放入daogrs烤箱中层,用纯蒸模式蒸15分钟即可。
  • 15.出炉,香!甜!软!糯!
