    Steps to make 海带筒骨汤

    • 1.猪的筒筒骨,从中间敲断,洗干净.
    • 2.清水浸泡出血水,倒掉,再用清水浸泡.如此反复.
    • 3.通常经过半天时间的浸泡,血水能够大部份泡出,骨头发白,就可以了.
    • 4.炒锅放油,油热,放入花椒和姜块,炒出香味.
    • 5.再把筒骨倒进去翻炒.
    • 6.之后,倒入砂锅中,加冷水.
    • 7.海带泡发,洗净,切成条.
    • 8.一起放进砂锅里,倒入足够的水,加葱结.烧开之后,舀掉浮沫,小火煨之.
    • 9.炖好之后,加点盐,就可以吃了哦.
