香椿春卷
打小一直固执的认为,春卷是香椿和肉做馅的,因为小时记事的第一次春卷,我就是吃的这馅,记忆犹新那口鲜,在脑海中总是挥之不去。小时候香椿只能食在当季,没有冰箱香不好保存,现在只要将春天的香椿焯过水后放在保鲜袋中急冻, 一年四季都能随时可以吃到它了。

Steps to make 香椿春卷

  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.香椿切成碎末。
  • 3.猪肉剁成肉馅。
  • 4.将猪肉馅和香椿放在一起,加入少许鸡精,一勺酱油,少许芝麻油。
  • 5.充分拌匀即可。
  • 6.取一张春卷皮平铺,将肉馅放在中间,并整理成长条状。
  • 7.卷起一圈后,再折起两端。
  • 8.再继续折完,收口处用凉开水抹一下,收口向下即可。
  • 9.将做好的春卷排在炸篮中,表面刷一层薄薄的食用油。
  • 10.将空气炸锅提前预热三分钟,放入炸篮,200度,定时10分钟。
  • 11.待春卷表层微黄变脆即可出锅。
