淡奶油可可曲奇
这是我常用的一个淡奶油方子,酥酥香香的,我又重新调整了一下配方,加入了可可粉,就变身成为了这款淡奶油可可曲奇,味道和口感很赞。

  • 糖粉70克
  • 1克
  • 淡奶油90克
  • 蛋糕粉180克
  • 可可粉20克

Steps to make 淡奶油可可曲奇

  • 1.所有原料准备好
  • 2.软化的黄油入盆,加糖粉、盐
  • 3.用电动打蛋器搅拌均匀后,分三次加入淡奶油,每次都要将淡奶油与黄油充分混合均匀后再加入下一次
  • 4.打好的黄油霜体积膨大,颜色有些浅
  • 5.筛入蛋糕粉和可可粉
  • 6.用橡皮刮刀拌匀,无干粉颗粒即可,不要过度搅拌
  • 7.取一个自己喜欢的大号花嘴入裱花袋中,再取适量的曲奇糊入袋中
  • 8.在不粘烤盘上直接挤出或者按压出自己喜欢的花型
  • 9.再来一盘
  • 10.入预热好的烤箱中层,175度,15—20分钟左右
  • 11.烤好后的曲奇取出,晾架上凉晾后封袋保存
  • 12.不同的花纹有不同的效果
  • 13.哪个都很可爱吧
