Steps to make 芙蓉虾

  • 1.将虾清洗干净,去掉虾头,剥去虾皮,挑出虾线,注意要保留尾部。
  • 2.用小刀把虾的腹部轻轻划开,然后用刀背轻轻地剁几下,处理好所有的虾。
  • 3.将处理好的虾放入盘中,加入料酒和盐腌一会儿。
  • 4.将鸡蛋打散成蛋液,把腌好的虾放到蛋液中。
  • 5.裹上一层面包屑。
  • 6.电饼铛中倒入适量油,烧热后放入虾,小火煎至金黄即可,这样剖开的虾是非常容易熟的,基本上一变色就可以
  • 7.这个像不像一条水泡金鱼。
