山寨版韩国拌饭
某天看到家里的冰箱里乱七八糟的边角料,看着那些边角料我就犯愁~
正愁不知道吃什么,看到新买的蒜香辣酱还没有打开,我突然想到了韩国拌饭~
家里没砂锅,就做些家常版本的了,超级简单呢,新手不用怕了哦~

    Steps to make 山寨版韩国拌饭

    • 1.原料图:黄瓜,胡萝卜,圆白菜,紫甘蓝,金针菇,木耳,鸡蛋,辣酱。(材料不受限制,家里有什么就用什么吧。)
    • 2.蔬菜洗净后全部切丝状。
    • 3.米饭蒸好后,在上面打入一个鸡蛋焖10分钟即可。这比油煎的荷包蛋健康多了吧,嘻嘻。
    • 4.锅内加水和少量盐,烧开后把蔬菜都灼一遍。
    • 5.灼一下黑木耳。
    • 6.圆白菜,灼金针菇的时间要控制在10秒内,金针菇灼的时间太长容易塞牙。
    • 7.灼好的蔬菜放入蔬菜篮里沥干水分。
    • 8.准备一个稍大的碗,盛入米饭铺底下,上面码菜,荷包蛋,辣酱。码好后即可开吃,简单吧。
    • 9.那些蔬菜要是做多了就别浪费了,混合一起加点调味料做凉菜吧,菜和饭都有了,不错吧。
