抹茶玛德琳蛋糕
玛德琳蛋糕(贝壳蛋糕)是法国风味的小甜点。据说是在法国的可梅尔西城里,一种家庭风味十足的小点心。因其形状圆胖,很丰满,还有个鼓出来的小肚脐,所以被人们称为“最性感的小蛋糕”。
我家先生就爱吃甜食,所以我就变着花样做!一来满足了我在烘焙上的"的见异思迁“,二来给平淡的生活变变小花样,给他个小小惊喜!何乐而不为呢!

  • 低筋面粉60克
  • 鸡蛋50克
  • 细砂糖60克
  • 黄油60克
  • 牛奶12克
  • 泡打粉1/2茶匙
  • 抹茶粉4克

Steps to make 抹茶玛德琳蛋糕

  • 1.鸡蛋用手动打蛋器打散后
  • 2.加入细砂糖、牛奶搅打均匀
  • 3.低筋面粉、抹茶粉、泡打粉混合后
  • 4.筛入第二步的混合物里,用打蛋器继续搅拌均匀
  • 5.搅拌成为光滑的面糊
  • 6.黄油隔水加热溶化成液态以后,把温热的黄油倒入面糊里
  • 7.用打蛋器搅拌到黄油和面糊完全融合,呈流动状面糊
  • 8.把面糊放冰箱冷藏1个小时,此时面糊会变硬。将面糊在室温下回温片刻,待重新具有流动性装入裱花袋里
  • 9.挤入涂了薄薄一层黄油的玛德琳蛋糕模具
  • 10.放入预热好170度的烤箱,烤18分钟左右
  • 11.直到完全膨胀即可出炉
  • 12.取出后把模具稍微倾斜一点就脱模了
