是用布朗尼作为蛋糕底,在表面加上棉花糖,白巧的淋面集合的一款蠢萌蛋糕,有浓郁的巧克力香味,外表松脆,内心湿润,柔软的一款蛋糕,如果您是巧克力控,一定不能错过。

  • 低筋面粉50克
  • 鸡蛋50克
  • 细砂糖40克
  • 核桃30克
  • 白巧克力60克
  • 黑巧克力20克

Steps to make 万圣节小鬼布朗尼

  • 1.核桃先用烤箱烤几分钟,上下火150度 ,取出备用。
  • 2.巧克力和黄油隔水软化。
  • 3.加入打散的鸡蛋,拌匀。
  • 4.加入过筛的低筋面粉,拌成浓稠的面糊,最后加入烤好的核桃搅拌匀即可。
  • 5.倒入正方形的慕斯圈中,可以用锡纸裹住底部 ,或者直接用一个披萨盘垫着。
  • 6.烤箱需要提前预热,上下火170度,烤25分钟左右。
  • 7.出炉之后待凉切成小块。
  • 8.放一粒棉花糖在上面,然后淋上白巧克力,在表面用黑巧点缀即可。
  • 9.成品欣赏。
