貌似还是第一次做万圣节主题的甜品,又懒得做复杂的,做个最简单的吧!

Details of ingredients

  • 黄油60g
  • 低筋面粉120g
  • 全蛋液20g
  • 细砂糖40g
  • 可可粉20g
  • 低筋面粉105g
  • 黄油75克
  • 细砂糖50克
  • 全蛋液20g
  • 小苏打1g
  • 可可粉或者竹炭粉少许
  • 热水少许油

Steps to make 万圣节甜品-布朗尼曲奇

  • 1.材料备齐,黄油软化。
  • 2.黄油加细砂糖打发。
  • 3.粉两次加入全蛋液搅拌均匀。
  • 4.加入过筛的粉类拌匀。
  • 5.揉成团包保鲜膜松弛一会。
  • 6.同样的方法做出可可面团。
  • 7.可可面团分成15g的小球,原味面团分成13克的小球。
  • 8.原味面团包上可可面团。
  • 9.压扁。
  • 10.放在学厨9405烤盘上,可以做18个曲奇。
  • 11.烤箱中层160度,15分钟。出炉脱模放凉。
  • 12.取少许可可粉或者竹炭粉加热水调成糊状。
  • 13.用棉签或者小刷子画出眼睛,点两个点当鼻子,画出嘴巴即可!
