八月葡萄成熟的季节,摘颜色最深的葡萄酿上两大罐葡萄酒,现在开启盖子,瞬间便能闻到满屋子的酒香,颜色透亮的红,煞是好看,口感甘甜适口,此为佳酿。

Steps to make 自酿红酒

  • 1.葡萄用剪刀一个个的连着蒂减下来,破皮的葡萄拣出去不能用,这个过程很是辛苦,到最后手都疼
  • 2.剪好的葡萄用清水洗干净,但是不要除去上面的白色灰,那是天然的酵母
  • 3.清洗干净的葡萄放在阳光下晒干水分
  • 4.一个个的用手压碎,使皮和籽还有果肉分离,手要洗干净,上面放冰糖,放在大罐子里密封起来
  • 5.这是发酵3天的样子,可以看到果皮和下面的果汁已经分离开来,不停的冒泡,那是天然酵母在发酵呢
  • 6.20天以后滤出渣滓,剩下清亮的葡萄酒,继续发酵,两个月后就可以食用了
  • 7.这是酿好的酒,今年的酒颜色特别的红,口感也好
