牛奶吐司
牛奶吐司是最基本的吐司,用到的食材种类最少,很适合刚刚接触烘焙的小伙伴,当然也适合不用囤太多食材的小伙伴,像我一样,家里只要有高筋面粉,想吃就做,最简单了。

  • 高筋面粉280克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 食盐2克
  • 白糖30克
  • 酵母3克
  • 牛奶130克
  • 黄油35克

Steps to make 牛奶吐司

  • 1.先来准备好所需要的食材,黄油室温软化至手指轻轻可以按动。
  • 2.后油法来揉面,先将除黄油外的其它食材放入厨师机里,先液体再粉体,最后放酵母,揉成团后加入黄油一起揉,揉出漂亮的手套膜为至。
  • 3.揉好的面团室温发酵至原来2倍大,室温在23度左右,发酵后将其排气,再分割成3等份,滚圆松弛15分钟左右。
  • 4.取一份面团先擀成长条状,将其折叠三等份,再转90度继续擀成长条状,慢慢卷起。
  • 5.三个面团都做好后放入吐司盒里,进行第二次发酵。
  • 6.二次发酵至吐司盒的8份满。
  • 7.烤箱预热,上下火,最下层180度,时间45分钟。
  • 8.烤好后出炉放在晾网上晾凉再密封保存。
