巧克力脆皮雪糕
现在好吃的真材实料的雪糕基本都要十几块一支,网上买10支的价格都在110--150元。当然好食材做的本身成本也是比较高的。我今天自己做了12支,用了150克的法芙娜伊芙瓦35%白巧克力,这个巧克力是法芙娜颠覆传统白巧克力的创新力作,它有微妙的甜味,浓郁的奶香和香草风味,融化后有微微的彩虹色。当然价格也是比较高的,所谓一分价钱一分货,好东西就会贵些。今天用150克只做了9支带脆皮的,其余几只没有巧克力。单单是巧克力的成本就在50块钱,其余的食材成本是十几块,总共成本是60多块,每支的成本大约在5元左右。别的不说,外买的会舍得给你用法芙娜巧克力吗?!我说秒杀十几元一支的可是一点也不夸张哦,不信你试试就知道啦。

  • 黄油20g
  • 无糖酸奶140g
  • 淡奶油200g
  • 火龙果肉150g
  • 白糖50g

Steps to make 巧克力脆皮雪糕

  • 1.先在淡奶油里加16克糖搅打打发到半流动状态。
  • 2.我用的自己做的无糖酸奶,非常浓稠的那种,配上火龙果肉。
  • 3.把酸奶,火龙果肉和剩余的34克白糖放入破壁机。
  • 4.搅打成糊。
  • 5.倒入打发的淡奶油里。
  • 6.翻拌均匀成为雪糕糊。
  • 7.倒入模具中,冰箱冷冻一天。
  • 8.雪糕冷冻好后,把伊芙瓦35%白巧克力和黄油一起放入锅里。
  • 9.隔50度左右的温水融化。
  • 10.冷冻好的雪糕取出来。
  • 11.表面沾上巧克力即可。因巧克力遇冷会快速凝固,所有不是很好涂均匀。建议用下面的方法。
  • 12.先在模具里涂一层融化的巧克力,等凝固后再倒入雪糕糊,冰箱冷冻1-2小时,拿出来在最上面再涂一层巧克力,送入冰箱冷冻,随吃随取即可。
  • 13.这样做的雪糕,巧克力脆皮会很光滑好看,也方便制作。两种方法根据自己需要选择。
