  • 蜂蜜1g

Steps to make 玛德琳蛋糕

  • 1.玛德琳蛋糕。
  • 2.准备材料,鸡蛋150g,糖粉140g,海盐适量,黄油135g,牛奶50g,泡打粉7g,蜂蜜1g,柠檬皮屑适量。
  • 3.粉类原料全部称量一起。
  • 4.鸡蛋,牛奶,蜂蜜,柠檬屑称量一起。
  • 5.黄油融化成液态,晾凉备用。
  • 6.将牛奶,蛋液部分搅拌均匀倒入粉类中。
  • 7.搅拌均匀,至无颗粒状态。
  • 8.加入融化过的黄油,搅拌均匀。
  • 9.放入冰箱里面冷藏一小时。
  • 10.冷藏期间处理一下模具,先顺着模具的纹理刷一层黄油,然后整个表面撒上一层面粉。
  • 11.冷藏一小时后的面糊倒入模具中,再次放入冰箱冷藏一小时。
  • 12.烤箱提前165℃/160℃预热10分钟左右,冷藏好的面糊放入烤箱,165℃/160℃烤箱中层烘焙14分钟左右即可。
  • 13.玛德琳蛋糕。
