创意天然彩虹皮冻

    Steps to make 创意天然彩虹皮冻

    • 1.之前有很多猪皮冻处理猪皮的步骤介绍,这里就不赘述了。用破壁机将猪皮丝加入适量水打成猪皮浆。
    • 2.打好的猪皮浆。
    • 3.准备个模具,我用的是方型玻璃用具,将猪皮浆与菠菜粉(菠菜粉加一点点水搅拌均匀,再加入猪皮浆中)混合均匀放入模具底层,可根据自己所需调色。
    • 4.底层绿色皮冻凝固后,再加入白色猪皮浆(即本色。
    • 5.红火龙果去皮切片入料理机中搅拌成果汁,再过细筛。
    • 6.待白色猪皮浆凝固后,加入红火龙果猪皮浆至其凝固(可放冰箱冷藏)。
    • 7.凝固成型的天然彩虹猪皮冻非常漂亮!
    • 8.切去不规则的四边。
    • 9.将其切成薄厚均匀的片状(切成的皮冻片非常油润、爽滑),其实此款猪皮冻我是创意的西瓜猪皮冻,西瓜皮为绿色、中间层为白色、上层为西瓜红色,像似西瓜。
    • 10.随意摆个造型就很有艺术性。
    • 11.这块吉祥如意的盘子适宜节日装盘,将切好的猪皮冻切成薄厚均匀的片状,依次摆入盘中形成个大圆型图案,天然彩虹皮冻非常漂亮美观,年夜晏的一道亮丽耀眼的风景!
    • 12.这盘彩虹皮冻酷似西瓜切片,隐约可见红火龙果汁的黑籽形容西瓜,很贴切、很形象。
