粉蒸排骨
今天奉上一个大菜“粉蒸排骨”。自从前阵子做了粉蒸肉后,到现在已经好久没做肉类了。这次我添加了胡萝卜,排骨配上胡萝卜感觉更加好吃。而且一点都不油腻。营养也更均衡了。希望美食天下的筒子们都喜欢哦~

  • 米粉100克
  • 甜面酱5勺
  • 豆腐乳1块
  • 豆腐乳汤汁3勺
  • 酱油3勺
  • 白糖30克
  • 2克
  • 味精少许

Steps to make 粉蒸排骨

  • 1.将排骨洗净。
  • 2.放入甜面酱5勺、豆腐乳1块、豆腐乳汤汁3勺、酱油3勺、白糖30克、盐2克、胡椒粉、姜、冰糖、味精。
  • 3.用手抓匀。
  • 4.放入自制米粉100克抓匀。
  • 5.腌制30分钟。
  • 6.碗底放少许碎冰糖。
  • 7.把排骨摆到碗里。
  • 8.第二层把空隙填好。
  • 9.胡萝卜切片,摆到排骨上边。
  • 10.放入锅中,用大火蒸2小时。
  • 11.取出来倒扣盘中。
