秋葵因为形似辣椒,又被人戏称为“洋辣椒”,其实它和辣椒一点儿关系都没有。其含丰富的维生素C、E以及胡萝卜素、还富含锌、硒等微量元素,对于增加体质、提高免疫力有很好的作用,而且其丰富的膳食纤维还能促进胃肠蠕动。最简单的方法就是焯水后凉拌,清爽开胃。

Steps to make 凉拌秋葵

  • 1.稍嫩点儿的秋葵一盘,长度约在10公分。
  • 2.用刀将两端切掉,这样看着整齐,吃起来口感也不错。
  • 3.红甜椒切滚刀块,红甜椒起到增加色彩的作用,没有不放也可;香葱切末。
  • 4.烧一锅水,水开后将红甜椒焯烫5秒,捞出冲凉水。
  • 5.整根秋葵入水焯烫变色捞出。
  • 6.自然晾凉斜切小段;想要摆备用整齐可纵切成两半。
  • 7.将红椒块、香葱末撒在其中,淋适量蒸鱼豉油。
  • 8.浇点热油,浇在香葱末上,激发出香味。
  • 9.凉拌秋葵,清爽又开胃~
