经典风味小蛋糕——橙味玛德琳

Steps to make 经典风味小蛋糕——橙味玛德琳

  • 1.1、先将橙子洗净,用擦丝刀将橙皮擦成小细丝状;
  • 2.鸡蛋打散,加入白砂糖和橙皮,用手动打蛋器拌均匀;
  • 3.用面粉筛将低筋面粉和小苏打筛入蛋液中,拌均匀,至光滑面糊状;
  • 4.黄油放入开水中,全部融化,乘热,将其倒入面糊中,搅拌均匀;
  • 5.拌好后,放入冰箱冷藏1小时左右;
  • 6.取出后,室温下,待恢复成流动的状态,用小勺将其盛入模具里,九分满即可,烤箱预热后放入;烤箱温度调至190度,时间15分钟。
