Steps to make 清蒸黄鱼

  • 1.黄鱼除去鱼鳞、腮、内脏,去掉鱼腹的黑皮,处理干净沥水。
  • 2.鱼身上斜切三刀,加盐和料酒腌制15分钟。
  • 3.盆底铺姜片。
  • 4.鱼身切口处放姜片。
  • 5.锅中水烧开,鱼盆放到蒸架上大火蒸10分钟。
  • 6.蒸好的黄鱼,倒去盆中的水,去掉姜片。
  • 7.放上葱段,倒入蒸鱼豉油。
  • 8.锅中放油烧沸,浇到葱段上。
