Steps to make 太湖银鱼羹

  • 1.所有食材洗净准备好。
  • 2.西葫芦切丁。
  • 3.豆腐切丁,鸡蛋打发。
  • 4.木耳泡发后洗净切丁。
  • 5.汤锅加热,倒入食用油,油热加入葱姜爆香。
  • 6.倒入西葫芦丁翻炒,并加入适量盐。
  • 7.西葫芦稍变色,倒入木耳翻炒。
  • 8.大约半分钟,即可加入银鱼小炒片刻(银鱼肉质较嫩,需轻轻翻动。)
  • 9.半分钟左右,加入适量水。
  • 10.倒入豆腐,与水同煮。
  • 11.水开后,小滚片刻,即可倒入打发好的鸡蛋,用筷子搅动成蛋花。
  • 12.最后加入水淀粉勾芡,加鸡精,撒上香菜叶,后关火。
