Steps to make 泡菜培根芝士炒饭

  • 1.剩米饭适量,炒饭最好是隔夜的剩米饭放到冰箱里冷藏最好。马苏里拉芝士碎少许。
  • 2.泡菜准备好切成片,培根也切成片。
  • 3.海苔碎少许
  • 4.来个大合影
  • 5.韩式辣椒酱准备好,如无也可不放!
  • 6.锅烧热下油,放入培根炒出香味
  • 7.倒入韩式泡菜翻炒
  • 8.放入米饭翻炒均匀上色
  • 9.倒入一勺韩式辣辣酱翻炒
  • 10.把米饭摊平放芝士碎,加少量水让它慢慢地熔化。
  • 11.用铲子铲入盘中,上面撒上海苔碎。
  • 12.趁热吃芝士即可拉丝,酱料与泡菜由于有盐味,所以炒饭就没放酱油与盐了。
