  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.白菜切滚刀块。
  • 3.馒头不要切,用手掰成块。
  • 4.香葱切丁。
  • 5.切好的香葱一半加香油拌好。
  • 6.起锅烧油,下另一半葱花爆香。
  • 7.下入白菜翻炒。
  • 8.加盐、鸡精、生抽、老抽继续翻炒。
  • 9.加水,根据白菜的出水量,出水少了就稍微多加点,大概小半碗足够。
  • 10.放入掰好的馍丁。
  • 11.盖上盖子焖2分钟,把馒头焖热、焖软。
  • 12.掀开盖子,倒入拌好的香葱。
  • 13.拌匀即可完成!
