玛格丽特饼干
这款饼干据说是新手入门零失败的一款饼干,但是我没有做过。自己第一次烘焙的作品竟是蛋挞,而且还是自己做的蛋挞皮。我竟然从难做的开始,今天做做这款入口即化的饼干。

  • 白糖30克
  • 玉米面粉100克
  • 熟蛋黄2个

Steps to make 玛格丽特饼干

  • 1.蛋黄放在筛网上,用手按压,
  • 2.让蛋黄通过筛网成为细末
  • 3.黄油备好
  • 4.玉米淀粉和低筋粉混合
  • 5.黄油软化后,加30克糖用打蛋器打发
  • 6.稍稍变白
  • 7.加入蛋黄碎
  • 8.搅拌均匀
  • 9.加入低筋粉和玉米淀粉的混合物,揉成一个面团,然后放在冰箱里面松弛一个小时
  • 10.拿出来之后揉成小团(冷藏好的面团,大概400克,平均分为两个200克的。每200克一盘,20个,一共四十个),这是一半的量
  • 11.用拇指按一下会出来自然的裂纹,烤箱预热好,
  • 12.烤箱上下火中层170度15分钟即可!
