Steps to make 培根花边披萨

  • 1.将糖和面粉混合均匀
  • 2.牛奶放微波炉稍稍加热,温度不能太高会影响酵母活性。将酵母溶于温牛奶中静置片刻
  • 3.将酵母牛奶液倒入面粉中揉成团发酵至两倍大
  • 4.青豆和玉米粒放入锅中焯水
  • 5.培根切碎
  • 6.发酵好的面团取出排气擀成圆形的面片
  • 7.按照模具的形状修整饼胚的形状,去掉多余的部分
  • 8.修整好的饼胚
  • 9.披萨盘刷上一层玉米油
  • 10.将饼胚放入披萨盘中
  • 11.余下的面团擀成长条状,包住火腿肠
  • 12.静置五分钟左右
  • 13.切成2至3厘米的小段
  • 14.披萨饼边缘刷一层清水,将火腿段摆放在饼胚上
  • 15.饼胚表面用叉子扎一些小孔
  • 16.刷上一层披萨酱
  • 17.撒上一层马苏里拉
  • 18.铺上一半的培根碎
  • 19.铺上玉米粒和青豆
  • 20.将剩下的培根碎铺在上面
  • 21.再撒一层马苏里拉
  • 22.边缘刷一层鸡蛋液
  • 23.烤箱预热上下火180度,送入烤箱烤20分钟,至马苏里拉芝士融化并上色即可
