  • 淀粉3g

Steps to make 5分钟快手菜~炒油蛤

  • 1.准备好食材。准备清水一盆,把油蛤放入,滴上几滴食用油,静养1~2小时(让油蛤吐干净泥沙)。
  • 2.生姜切片,小米椒和香葱切碎末。
  • 3.准备酱汁,小碗中加入淀粉3克,辣椒酱1勺,白糖2克和适量清水调匀备用。
  • 4.处理完毕所有食材。
  • 5.锅烧热加入食用油,把生姜切和小米椒放入翻炒出香味。
  • 6. 把清洗干净的油蛤倒入翻炒至微微开口,加入葱姜料酒,加盖焖一下。
  • 7.倒入酱汁继续翻炒,油蛤全部开口,酱汁粘稠。
  • 8.撒上葱花。
  • 9.最后装盘上桌就可以享用啦。
  • 10.肉质鲜嫩,入味又好吃。
