Steps to make 蒜蓉粉丝开背虾

  • 1.准备大蒜,剁成蒜蓉。
  • 2.龙口粉丝提前泡发好,备用。
  • 3.虾头去掉,虾尾对半剖开,留虾尾一节。
  • 4.粉丝沥干水分,剪上两剪刀,铺在盘底。
  • 5.把虾尾码放好,虾壳朝下。
  • 6.起锅烧油,下入一半的蒜蓉小火炒至微黄。
  • 7.剩余的蒜蓉倒入,加入两勺剁辣椒,1勺蚝油,2勺生抽,1勺白糖,1勺盐,用余热翻炒搅拌均匀。
  • 8.把炒好的蒜蓉酱均匀的铺在虾尾上。
  • 9.起锅烧水,水开上汽蒸6分钟,关火焖2分钟即可。
  • 10.出锅撒上葱花,泼上热油激发出葱香味。
  • 11.周围淋上一圈蒸鱼豉油,可以开吃了。
