芒果冻酸奶杯
吃了酸奶,嚼着果冻,是不是很不错,这想法是因为老头不喜欢吃酸奶,当他喜欢吃芒果,这就结合来啦,一层一层的,是不是很漂亮呢,味道也很不错了,加了芒果酱,芒果香的酸奶非常好吃

Steps to make 芒果冻酸奶杯

  • 1.酸奶原料:牛奶400克、酸奶100克、白糖适量
  • 2.牛奶和白糖倒入奶锅,小火煮沸
  • 3.等牛奶冷却至30-40度时倒入酸奶,拌匀,盖盖密封
  • 4.放在烤箱发酵,因为我的烤箱发酵温度比较高,所以门是半开状态,3小时后酸奶就凝固了
  • 5.酸奶发好了,这时做芒果冻,取200克芒果肉用料理被打成泥,20克清水,琼脂5克、糖20-30克
  • 6.琼脂倒入清水里泡软,小火煮至琼脂完全融化
  • 7.把芒果泥和白糖一起倒进琼脂水里,搅匀
  • 8.把芒果泥过筛备用
  • 9.准备容器,发酵好的酸奶、芒果冻,芒果酱,开始组装
  • 10.一层酸奶,一层芒果冻舀进杯子里,至满
  • 11.最后淋上适量的芒果酱,封上保鲜膜冷藏两个小时就可以吃了
