漂亮的三色汤圆
这个汤圆做了很久,因为当时拍照成品时可能相机设置出了问题,所有成品都糊了,就一直没发。由于当时做的数量比较多,一部分速冻了起来,前几天煮了一碗汤圆,才有了这完整的制作过程。

    Steps to make 漂亮的三色汤圆

    • 1.南瓜、紫薯切片蒸熟待用。
    • 2.将40克糯米粉加水活成团,放入滚水中煮熟待用。
    • 3.将紫薯、南瓜与煮熟的糯米团、糯米粉、水分别活成紫薯面团、南瓜面团,煮熟的糯米团、糯米粉、水活成白面团。
    • 4.三种面团分别搓成长条,
    • 5.拧成麻花状。
    • 6.切成大小基本相等的剂子。
    • 7.压扁包入豆沙馅。
    • 8.依次包好所有汤圆。
    • 9.锅中烧开水,下入汤圆。
    • 10.小火煮至汤圆浮起即可装盘。
