    Steps to make 蒜苔炒鸡蛋

    • 1.蒜苔洗净切段,放碗备用。
    • 2.碗里打入两个鸡蛋。
    • 3.鸡蛋里加盐,鸡精,五香粉,生抽,料酒搅拌均匀。加料酒是去除鸡蛋的腥味。
    • 4.洗净的蒜苔先用热水焯一下,再捞出放碗备用。
    • 5.鸡蛋下锅炒熟,再铲出放碗备用。
    • 6.锅里放花生油,油热加葱蒜和干辣椒爆香,再倒蒜苔翻炒。
    • 7.最后倒鸡蛋,加盐,鸡精,五香粉,蚝油翻炒均匀入味,即可出锅食用。
