Steps to make 面包机也能做出销魂香酥的美味面包--日式吐司面包(椰蓉吐司)

  • 1.把除黄油之外的所有材料放入面包桶,选择菜单3和风面包程序重量选750克,烧色选深色(根据个人喜好),按开始键,程序经过第一次揉面和短暂的醒发,会有第二次的揉面和醒发
  • 2.在屏面显示2:50时加入黄油。开始第三次和第四次揉面和醒发
  • 3.趁着发酵期间把椰蓉馅做好,黄油融化,加入糖搅匀,再加入鸡蛋搅匀,最后放入椰丝和奶粉,拌匀放一边备用。
  • 4.在屏面显示2:30时,面包机按暂停键,发好的面团取出排气,分成二等份,放一边松驰15分钟
  • 5.松驰好的面团碾成比较宽的长舌状,表面抹上椰蓉馅,再由上往下卷成圆柱形
  • 6.中间深切一刀(不用切断),两头向中间卷进去(像卷花卷一样)即可。
  • 7.拿出搅拌刀,将卷好的面团再放入面包桶中,再次按暂停键即可启动发酵程序至烘焙开始至程序结束。
