    • 1.鲜鱿、西兰花、胡萝卜、木耳。
    • 2.将鱿鱼拔去头部(带出内脏),并用剪刀剪开筒部,去骨后清洗干净。将鱿鱼须切段,在鱿鱼的背面(即有骨的一面)斜刀界麦穗花,之后切块。
    • 3.西兰花、胡萝卜洗净切小块备用。
