Steps to make 手抓饼

  • 1.盐用热水溶解后加入500克面粉搅拌成雪花状,摊开晾一小会儿,不烫手时揉成面团,然后在面团上抹油,盖上醒30分钟。
  • 2.25克面粉加50克油调成油酥待用
  • 3.大葱切成小丁。
  • 4.醒好的面团分成三个面剂,取一个擀开擀薄。
  • 5.抹上一层油酥,再撒上一层葱丁。
  • 6.对折后用刀切成一条一条的,边上不要切断。
  • 7.再折回来,并将面片抻开,先向左右抻,再向上下抻。
  • 8.把面片撮到一块。
  • 9.从一头将面片盘起来
  • 10.再轻轻地用擀杖擀薄成圆饼状
  • 11.电饼铛预热后加入油,下入饼坯,煎至两面金黄,用筷子挑散即成
