  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.培根切丝,马蹄切1/4丁,姜切末
  • 3.水中加盐,沸腾后下蚕豆焯熟断生
  • 4.再焯瑶柱断生
  • 5.锅中底油下姜沫煸香
  • 6.下培根丝煸炒,加入适量料酒烹香
  • 7.下入焯熟的蚕豆和甜玉米粒(玉米粒也之前焯一下,忘记拍步骤了)
  • 8.下入炒熟的瑶柱翻炒片刻,加入盐,鸡精调味
  • 9.最后下入马蹄(马蹄要保持脆爽,生的就很好吃,所以最后下)翻炒均匀,关火出锅
