小花朵豆沙面包

  • 白砂糖25克
  • 酵母3克
  • 黄油20克

Steps to make 小花朵豆沙面包

  • 1.准备好所有面团材料,并用ACA小称称出需要的重量...
  • 2.除黄油外,所有主面团的材料放入面包机,(酵母放在最上面,不要和盐直接接触)启动和面30分钟.
  • 3.30分钟后加入软化好的黄油,继续启动揉面30分钟到完全.
  • 4.轻轻拉起面团能撑出薄薄的膜即可.然后我们在面包机内进行一次发酵...
  • 5.发酵好的面团....
  • 6.取出发酵好的面团,挤压排出空气....
  • 7.分成平均的十二等份.盖上保鲜膜醒十分钟...
  • 8.取一个醒好的面团,擀成长长长长的牛舌形
  • 9.在面上面涂上薄薄的一层豆沙馅...
  • 10.然后卷起来....成长条形...
  • 11.如图中的样子..长条形的面团像系带子一样绕一圈过来.....
  • 12.然后继续的用长的那一头一直绕....再把两个头接起来...要捏紧紧的哦.(我的没有捏太紧..发酵 的时候散了.)
  • 13.这样小花朵就做好了......
  • 14.放入六连模具.当然你要是有十二连的更好了.可以全部一起烧了....(进行二次发酵)
  • 15.发酵好的面团...(这个时候我们可以预热烤箱..)
  • 16.给面团刷上薄薄的蛋液...并稍微装饰一下..你要不想装饰也一样的....
  • 17.送入预热好的烤箱中..上火150 下火130度..20分钟左右就OK了...
