鲜果水晶粽
传统粽子太腻?星冰粽太贵?亲手制作水晶粽,过一个清爽冰凉的端午节!

  • 100g(放玉米糖浆)
  • 玉米糖浆250g
  • 芒果一个
  • 猕猴桃一个

Steps to make 鲜果水晶粽

  • 1.粽子叶提前一晚浸泡。(或可以煮15分钟)
  • 2.水晶粉加入 100g的清水搅拌均匀。
  • 3.另外玉米糖浆加入100g的水煮至沸腾。
  • 4.煮沸腾后的糖浆水,缓缓倒入水晶粉,边倒边搅拌。
  • 5.搅拌好了后把水晶液转移面积较大的盘子(或盆子[面积大容易蒸熟])大火蒸15~20分钟,直至完成凝固状态即可。
  • 6.刚蒸好的水晶皮比较粘手,还处白色状态,待水晶皮完成凉透后即可。
  • 7.切好水果粒,准备馅料。
  • 8.将两片粽叶重叠,然后轻轻向中间卷,卷出一个尖角的圆锥形。
  • 9.填入水晶皮与馅料,水晶皮一定要紧紧包裹着馅料。将两边的粽子叶分别向中心折,压平底部。
  • 10.粽叶叠在底部,一只手捏住粽子,另一只手将整个粽子翻过来。
  • 11.用粽子绳线将粽子扎好,放入冰箱冷藏一小时以上。
  • 12.成品图。清爽冰凉的端午节!
