  • 1.虾仁解冻后,挑去虾线。
  • 2.虾仁用料酒和盐腌10分钟。
  • 3.腌好的虾仁表面吸干,放上淀粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 4.加入2个鸡蛋和面粉,搅拌成糊糊。如果觉得淡可以再加点儿盐。
  • 5.锅烧热,入凉油,六成热的时候把虾仁放入。待两面煎黄之后取出。
  • 6.盘子上面垫上吸油纸,将炸好的虾仁放在上面。
