莲花鱼取名寓意:旧时代年宴上必上的菜,将鱼肉摆成莲花形状,寓意连年有余~!

    Steps to make 湘菜之剁椒莲花鱼

    • 1.准备好食材。
    • 2.取草鱼中间的一段,切成厚1-2CM厚的断。姜切成丝,葱切成段。
    • 3.鱼块用茶油,适量盐,老抽,淀粉腌制2分钟。
    • 4.将腌好的鱼块整理装盘,碎的放下面,整块的摆成莲花状。
    • 5.中间放上剁椒,撒上豆豉、姜丝,适量盐,淋上茶油,放上一小碗水。
    • 6.配好的鱼放在蒸锅或者高压锅内隔水蒸15-20分钟出锅时撒上葱花即可。
