《本草纲目》记载:牡蛎肉"多食之,能细活皮肤,补肾壮阳,并能治虚,解丹毒"。中医认为牡蛎的肉具有很好的食疗价值,是一味非常好的滋阴、补血,而且还能激发情欲的食物,特别适用于虚劳、虚损的病患和那些阴虚、血亏、气血不足的人。

Steps to make 蚝烙

  • 1.牡蛎肉和扇贝丁洗净,葱姜剁末
  • 2.放适量食盐,胡椒粉,地瓜粉,鸡蛋一个,搅拌均匀,静置醒一会
  • 3.锅里抹油,倒入调好的糊,小火煎
  • 4.一面金黄的时候,反面,这一年也煎熟了,可以再打上一个鸡蛋,鸡蛋煎熟即可
  • 5.厨房昏暗的灯光下,成品实在不美
