清汤面
之前买的五花肉太肥,熬了一点猪油,早上用阳春面做法简单的做一碗清汤面,好吃又营养。

  • 猪油一勺
  • 生抽二勺
  • 1匙半
  • 鸡精半匙

Steps to make 清汤面

  • 1.准备食材。之前买回来的细杠面放在冰箱冷冻保存,拿出来不用解冻,直接下锅煮。
  • 2.锅里烧点清水,水开后下面条。
  • 3.加1匙盐,煮2-3分钟。
  • 4.拿一个汤碗,倒1勺猪油,2勺生抽。
  • 5.加半匙盐和鸡精调味,撒上葱花。
  • 6.冲入面汤或者开水,搅拌均匀。
  • 7.面条煮好捞到汤碗里。
  • 8.成品。猪油香,面条清爽,好吃!
