Steps to make 桂花糯米藕

  • 1.糯米浸泡3-4小时。莲藕去皮,藕从一头切开两三厘米的帽子。
  • 2.将糯米灌入,灌一点用筷子捅一下,全部填充满后用牙签封口固定。
  • 3.锅入放灌好的藕,加入适量水,没过莲藕即可,调入红糖、冰糖、红枣,依个人喜好增减到适合的甜度。选择粥/汤档煮2小时,保温3小时以上。
  • 4.莲藕取出去掉牙签,切成厚片。
  • 5.将煮藕的汤汁加桂花蜜再加水淀粉勾芡后淋在藕块上。
