小宝也到了吃鱼的月龄了。在我们老家最爱的就是这类小黄鱼了。我用少许的细盐及姜片码了一下鱼,然后再蒸制好,家里的小宝十分的喜欢,现在初期阶段,我也只少少给他吃一点。这款鱼鱼背上的刺是极少的,家有小宝的也可以参考一下哦,因为有加点少许的盐,鱼皮最好是不要给孩子们吃。
